In 2009, Elite granted Licensing Holding Group LLC, the rights to act as a so called “Master Licensee” for the purpose of sub-licensing to third parties the rights to create, open and operate Elite Fashion Academies worldwide (except for China and Hong Kong). Licensing Holding Group entrusted ME RENEE, LLC to assume all rights granted to it by Elite to Licensing Holding Group.
